Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Tellar.io affiliate tracking platform, including the dashboard, tracking links, reporting, and payout tools (together, the “Service”), operated by Tellar.io (“Tellar.io”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” refers to that company.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Accounts support multiple roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Assist Member, API User) with different levels of access; you are responsible for the actions taken under your account, including by users you invite.

Merchants control which influencers may join their program, which offers each influencer may promote, and whether a given conversion is approved for payment. Influencers are granted access solely through a tracking link issued by a merchant, and that access may be revoked by the merchant at any time. Tellar.io is not a party to the commercial arrangement between a merchant and an influencer and does not guarantee any level of earnings, traffic, or conversions.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate fraudulent clicks, conversions, or traffic;
• misrepresent the source, quality, or nature of promoted offers;
• violate any applicable law or a third party’s rights; or
• interfere with or attempt to bypass the Service’s security or attribution mechanisms.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts found to violate this section.

The Free plan is provided at no charge, subject to the feature limits described on our pricing page. Production pricing is a commission agreed in writing with each merchant based on volume; it is not a percentage of every conversion. Payouts to influencers are processed through the payment method a merchant selects (Wise, Stripe, or manual invoice) and are subject to that provider’s own terms. Tellar.io is not liable for delays or failures caused by a third-party payment provider.

Account data is stored per account and is not shared between merchants. Every material action (approvals, payouts, role changes) is written to an audit trail accessible to Owners and Admins. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

Tellar.io and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the content and creative assets you upload, and grant us a limited license to host and display them as needed to operate the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tellar.io will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, non-payment of agreed fees, or suspected fraud, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the dashboard or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
